Our Policies
Clear terms on shipping, duties, payments, and refunds.
Shipping & Delivery
- ◆Domestic (within India): kit orders ship in 1–2 business days and arrive in 3–7 business days.
- ◆International boutique items are dispatched by our overseas fulfilment partners and arrive in 8–15 business days, including customs clearance.
- ◆You receive tracking as soon as the order is placed with the supplier. Track anytime from “Your Orders”.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
- ◆All boutique prices are landed cost: product + international shipping + customs duty + 18% IGST are included up front.
- ◆You will not be asked to pay extra on delivery. If a carrier ever requests a charge that should have been included, contact support and we will resolve it.
- ◆For personal-use orders, the buyer is the importer of record. We handle the paperwork and duty payment on your behalf.
Payments
- ◆Payments are processed securely. Card details are never stored on our servers.
- ◆An order is only confirmed after the payment is verified, and duplicate payments are blocked automatically.
- ◆If a charge appears without an order confirmation, it is an un-captured authorisation and is released by your bank, usually within 5–7 business days.
Refunds & Returns
- ◆Services (bookings): cancellations 7+ days before the date are fully refundable; within 7 days, the trial/advance may be retained. Reschedules are free subject to availability.
- ◆Domestic products: unopened items can be returned within 7 days of delivery for a refund, minus return shipping.
- ◆International boutique items: because they ship cross-border, returns are accepted for damaged, defective, or incorrect items reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos. Change-of-mind returns on international orders are assessed case by case, as duties and return freight are non-recoverable.
- ◆Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Request a refund from “Your Orders” or via support.
Cancellations
- ◆Boutique orders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before the supplier ships them (usually within a few hours of payment).
- ◆Once shipped, the standard returns policy applies.
Support
- ◆Reach us through the Support page for any payment, delay, refund, or general query — we reply within 1 business day.
- ◆Always include your order reference (e.g. ZM-AB123) so we can help faster.
