How do I track my order?

Go to “Your Orders”, enter your email, and we’ll send a secure sign-in link. You’ll see every order, its status, and live tracking. You can also use the Track Order box in the Global Boutique with your order reference (e.g. ZM-AB123).

How long does international delivery take?

Boutique items shipped from our overseas partners typically arrive in 8–15 business days, including customs clearance. Domestic kit orders within India usually arrive in 3–7 business days. Your order page shows an estimate for each item.

Are customs duties and taxes included in the price?

Yes. The price you see at checkout is the all-in landed cost — product, international shipping, customs duty, and 18% IGST are already included. There is nothing extra to pay when your parcel reaches India.

My payment failed or was charged twice — what do I do?

Payments are verified before any order is confirmed, and duplicate charges are prevented automatically. If you see a pending charge without an order confirmation, it is typically released by your bank within 5–7 business days. Contact support with your order reference and we’ll trace it immediately.

My order is delayed. Can you help?

Yes. Open a support request with the topic “Delivery delay” and your order reference. We’ll check the carrier status and customs, and keep you updated until it’s delivered.

Can I get a refund?

See our Refunds & Returns policy below. In short: you can request a refund from your order page (or via support). Eligible orders are refunded to your original payment method.
